I don’t know about you, but autumn is one of my favorite seasons. It may sound strange, but one of the reasons I adore this season is because there are so many things that make me feel warm and romantic.
Autumn hasn’t officially arrived yet, but we all start to get a taste of it around the beginning of September.
So we’ve got a great paint-and-sip workshop this year with a lovely “Autumn bucket list” painting. The beauty of this painting is that anyone can personalize it to their liking.
Here are some of the things on my Autumn bucket list:
Photo session in the park
The autumn colors of the foliage are breathtaking. From brilliant yellow to dark burgundy and brown, there’s something for everyone.
A photo shoot in the park, similar to our new painting, is always a good idea.
Because I live near Bushy Park, I can have some wonderful deer in the background of my photographs.
Pumpkin Pie
Cooking is something I enjoy doing. I’ve been cooking since I was a teenager, but pumpkin pie is something I’ve never attempted to make. We have something called “Tikvenik” in Bulgaria, which is a pastry filled with pumpkin puree, but I’ve never attempted to create a traditional pumpkin pie.
As a result, I’m adding this to my bucket list.

Jack-o’-Lanterns
In the spirit of Halloween, here’s another thing I’ve never attempted: carving a pumpkin.
We used to love making lanterns out of watermelon when I was a kid, but never pumpkins. I’ll definitely give it a shot.
Halloween makeup
I’ve never celebrated Halloween before. Because Halloween was not popular in my country, I never had the opportunity to dress up or wear terrifying makeup like blood trickling from my eyes or a hole in my head.
So, this year, I’m going to give it a shot. I believe it will be enjoyable.
Pumpkin decoration
I never forget to decorate the house for Christmas, but for some reason, I have very few decorations for the fall.
So this year, I’m going to make a “Pumpkins” themed décor.
One of the things I’m planning to do is do a pumpkin painting. Making something rather than buying it appeals to me.
Spiced pumpkin popcorn & romantic movie night
When I’m watching a movie, my favorite food is popcorn, but in the fall, I enjoy wrapping myself in a warm blanket, getting a huge bowl of pumpkin-spiced popcorn, and watching a romantic film.
Well, I haven’t done this in a long time, so this is the perfect opportunity.
Acrylic autumn painting
Painting brings me joy.
I’m filled with joy, tranquility, and so much more. I enjoy blending colors, the creamy texture of acrylic paint, and, most importantly, how my painting makes me feel at the conclusion of the process.
It gives me great pleasure to view the finished painting on my wall.
So “Happy Fall y’all” will undoubtedly be the painting I create.

DIY Autumn wreath
Door wreaths are a lovely adornment during the Christmas holiday season, but I’ve also seen some lovely and adorable autumn wreaths.
So, as part of my season-themed decoration at home this autumn, I’d like to construct my own door wreath.

This is my very practical and doable bucket list. I don’t want to make a promise to myself that I won’t be able to keep. I’m going to start by painting my bucket list so I can hang it as a checklist. Then I’ll go through each item one by one. Wow, I’m getting pumped up!
